Nolune currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Including processing time, most orders should arrive approximately 4–6 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Cost

Standard UK delivery costs £4.99 per order.

The applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided where supported by the delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order appears lost, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs where relevant.

Where an order is confirmed as lost, damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, Nolune will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
